I have a nice size room on my second floor. It has a walking closet. A queen size bed,dresser and end table. I live in the germantown section of Philadelphia. There many fine restaurants,churches,supermarkets in this area. Owner pays the water and utilities bills. Wifi is available. Small cat or dog are allowed. No more than 12 pounds for a dog.
