    **Awesome House on New River Available NOW!!!** 105 Norris Trl Great house available IMMEDIATELY!!! DOG FRIENDLY! We loved living here and wish we could have stayed forever, but I have a new job in a new city, so we have moved out of the area. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located on half an acre on the South Fork New River in Boone. It has super easy river access and we have enjoyed fishing, tubing, kayaking and swimming during the warm months. The house has a wrap around deck that is partially covered in the front. Great for gatherings and outdoor entertaining! Inside has a good size master bedroom with two closets and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a closet and isâ?¦ a good size, too. It comes with a washer and dryer that are conveniently located in the hallway and covered by doors. There is plenty of cabinet space above the washer and dryer, too. The bathroom has tile floors and a vent fan/ heater that comes in handy in colder months. The bathroom is beautiful with a white pedestal sink, white wall mounted cabinet, large oval mirror that's also a medicine cabinet and a good size shower/tub. The living room has a big bay window, custom wood blinds, carpet and a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs and a large mantle. The front entrance has a tile floor, so it's easy to keep clean. The eat-in kitchen has beautiful wood floors, a built in microwave and stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, electric range and dishwasher. There is plenty of room for a kitchen table in front of a large window. All rooms have plenty of natural light coming in and custom wood blinds. The home is heated by your choice of gas logs or electric forced air furnace. They both do a great job keeping the house cozy. In the warmer month we keep the windows open and the ceiling fan on. The house never gets hot because it's partially shaded and has a nice breeze from being by the river and wide open spaces. It's located off a state maintained road, so we have never had trouble getting to work in downtown Boone when it snows. All of the neighbors are very friendly and we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Please reply with any questions if you're interested or to make an appointment to see the house. We have already moved out of the area, so all showing will be done by the owner directly. FAQ'S Q: Are cats allowed? A: No. Not even if they're de-clawed. Q: Average Power Bill? A: We did budget billing with BREMCO and pay $125/mo. (they averaged our usage over 12 months and that's what we pay for the next 12 months) Q: Can I make an appointment to come see the house? A: Yes! But before you do, please drive by the house to make sure the distance and location are desirable. Q: I am looking for a house this summer (July/Aug). Can I rent it then? A: This house rents quickly and is available immediately! Q: Is Charter available? A: No. But AT&T Uverse is. Q: Would you rent to students? A: No students. Possibly grad students with good references.
