Manhattan Beach has amazing restaurants, a world-class beach, and is as safe of a city as you could ever hope for. House built in 2003 but did major updates in 2020. Tesla charging unit in garage Owner pays for all utilities unless excessive water use (based on previous usage for family of 4). House is available for rental from March 2023 to August 2024 (with some flexibility on dates). Also we could arrange a shorter monthly rental between mid January 2023 to end of April or May 2023. Shorter term rental is $12,500 per month. Longer term rental is $17,500 per month furnished. $18,000 monthly unfurnished.
