Welcome to Shedd Lane. This quiet development of ten homes is 5 minutes from Westlake Center where you can find shopping, restaurants, thrift stores, a YMCA and even a movie theater. There is also nightlife and music venues on Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays. This cute, finished basement has a kitchenette, and newly remodeled full bath. You will have a large bedroom with double doors. I do have a twin bed if you do not have your own. I prefer a single person to rent to but if a couple the rent will be $1400 to cover additional utlities. There is a separate entrance and a fully fenced yard for my dogs. I do not have a separate laundry facility so we can work out a schedule or if you prefer, there is a nice laundrymat fifteen minutes away. Rental is month to month and I will require references. Landlord pays utilities, WiFi and Trash Pick Up. This is a one-person rental.
