Amazing views from this top-floor corner unit loft downtown. 5-minute walk to commuter rail, then 20 minutes to Boston. Top floor means no more worrying about the neighbors stomping around in the morning or late at night. The unit looks bigger and better in these photos so realize it is only 672 feet including the loft area pretty small. Can fit a queen in the loft area, no problem. It's definitely a special unit with its massive 10-foot windows and 14-foot ceilings but it is also an old-school loft apartment with 'charm that means it's not in mint condition and has some minor wear and tear. It's also a three-story walk-up. If you are creative, don't mind using some elbow grease, want a built-in StairMaster, and can deal with some imperfections this place might be for you. This unit includes a deeded parking spot a half block from the building. Looking for a couple or a single with good credit history, solid prior references, reliability, and (most of all) easy-going. About me: this is my condo that outgrew me and my son. My last tenants were there for 4 years and just purchased their first home. If there are issues that I can fix, I will fix them usually within a week but it might take longer if I can't do it myself and have to find a contractor.
