The room is fully furnished and the common areas that are shared are the kitchen, laundry room, back yard, front yard, and dining room. I do not want any more pets in the house. This is a 420 friendly house, and I do smoke cigarettes outside. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside. There is Wi-Fi, and a gardener that comes every 2 weeks. If you have a vehicle there is a driveway for your vehicle and plenty of parking in the court for any company that you may have. You may have guest, but no overnight guest please.
