The house is in a quiet neighborhood, by a wooded area and creek. Feels more remote than it is - you're still 15 minutes from the airport and downtown KC! Inside, you have the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to yourself. TVs in every room, and an overkill 83" OLED and surround sound setup in the master bed. I'm Chris - the owner. I'm 38 and live here with my cat (he's friendly) in the basement suite. I do share the kitchen but I work/travel alot and rarely use it even when I'm here.
