Around 12 years ago I helped the present owner purchase this 175 acre sugar bush and for years I have told many people that this was the finest maple lot I had ever seen. And today nothing has changed except that the lines are in and it is ready for production. This is a sap operation only as there is no evaporator at this site. A local sugar maker purchases the concentrate and trucks it to his boiling operation and hopes that this will continue in the future. With 175 acres and +/- 7200 taps ready to go. There is a 30 X 40 sap house with upstairs living quarters for the sugar season. It has a 200 amp electrical service and drilled well and well established access roads.
