Looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in a 3 bed/2bath house on 700 Block of S Linwood in Canton for $900/mo plus utilities. This person would share a large updated bathroom upstairs as I'm currently staying in the bedroom in the basement (Open to renting this room instead which has it's own bathroom for $1000/mo plus utilities). There is one sweet dog that currently lives here as well! Move in date is flexible but ideally sometime in either February or March and would be open to short or long term leases.
