What we have loved most about this home is the view. The land behind the house is owned by a sod farm, which gives the backyard a wide-open, peaceful view that is hard to find. It is one of the main reasons we chose this house, and it has made the deck such a special place for quiet afternoons, bird watching, and enjoying the slower pace just outside of town.
The setting is truly unique. On the Fourth of July, you can see fireworks from the surrounding neighborhoods across the open fields, and at night, the stargazing is incredible since you are farther from the city lights. We have even seen the northern lights from the backyard.
