This is straight from the homeowner. My name is Christopher Lance Stone. I’ve had this home for a couple years. Started working on it back in 2024 the necessary materials to get started and go forward doing what I was doing is still there. I’m throwing in the scaffolding along with the trailer and the materials along with a brand new kitchen that comes with a brand new stove, brand new dishwasher brand new microwave brand new cabinets brand new everything including the faucet up to the lights. All you gotta do is paint things, tape bed and texture stuff put up some walls. It’s nothing. This is brilliant for somebody who loves to remodel. You basically have some electrical stuff. I’ve done all the dirty work for you and knocked out the wall where the electrical wasn’t working upfront. So all you have to do is work on that insulate the walls with the insulation I bought boom put on the drywall you’re done. Trust me when I say this, you got a diamond in the roof along with a lot of yard there I started the fence already a lot of started projects unfinished because of the love of my life pretty much running me in the ground. I cannot be there anymore. It’s all it is I promise. It’s just an emotional thing. I can’t be there. Otherwise I would finish it. I only stayed to work on the house. I didn’t live there and I don’t. I live in Michigan. I’m looking to get rid of the house as is. The way you get alone is on you. It’s not gonna be through a mortgage though. You’re gonna have to get a conventional loan. You’re gonna have to have some kind of bank give you a loan but it’s not gonna be through me. I don’t do owner finance so don’t ask. I’m not being rude. I’m just being real with you. This is a cash offer. This is a cash offer for a musician too or a skateboarder think about it. The skateboarding park right down the street the disc golf park right down the street if your kids play baseball really like to swim it’s right in the city park right down the street I’ll just a bike ride away this property alone because it’s in the city is worth a lot of money and I know what I have so what you got up your sleeve is gonna be on you dream here and start here. There’s nothing wrong with dreaming and having fun with your family unfortunately, my family is no longer around. Let me bless you as you bless me moving forward thank you very much for looking. If you don’t find anything come back and let’s talk some more. Thank you for viewing.
