    What the owner loves about this home
    Location is great and our neighbors are wonderful on all sides. From sharing fruit and vegetables in the summer, to shoveling your driveway in the winter out of kindness. Proximity to columbine middle school and Pomona have been awesome for the kids to walk to and from school. The house gets great light throughout the day and the lower level living space has been a lifesaver with teenagers. The back porch has also been wonderful for birthdays, parties, or relaxing in the hot tub in the winter. It's been a very nice safe home for us over the years.
