    Our beautiful modular home sits on a higher 3,603 sqft lot in the beautiful Sarasota Bay/Paradise Bay Retirement Community. Amenities include, but are not limited to, heated pool/jacuzzi, pickle ball courts, shuffle board courts, wood shop, private boat slips, breath taking views of Sarasota Bay, community center and numerous clubs and social groups. The home has a new 30 year roof (April 2025) and freshly painted exterior (May 2025). We lost about 20 shingles and decided to put a new roof on instead of patching. The interior of the home sustained no damage. Directly opposite of the sun room is the living room furnished with a recliner, 2 end tables, couch, entertainment center with additional storage, 36 inch tv and a dining hutch full of more dishes and glassware for entertaining guests. As you work your way down the hall you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower for guests. To your right you will find the master bedroom with a walk in closet, 2 night stands, king size bed, large dresser, 32 inch tv, additional closets that span the length of the room and the master bathroom with shower. At the end of the hall you will find the 2nd bedroom with a dresser and large closet. This is a manufactured home and not a trailer house.
