Our tenant moved out after being there over 4 years. We are doing a complete makeover with new flooring in the entire house, new kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, painting the entire house and also replacing the roof. The main floor has a large living room, dining area and large kitchen. Upstairs features a large master bedroom and two other bedrooms. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space. Both the bathrooms are also being renovated. The house has central air and clean economical gas heat. A separate laundry room on the main floor has a newer washer & dryer and a new water heater. All utilities are tenant responsibility. The house is located in the highly rated Washington Township school district and is close to everything!! The house should be ready to move in August 1 and we be showing towards last week of July! We are looking for long term tenants. We take good care of our tenants and look for tenants who take pride in where they live. The lease term is 12 months or higher. Most of our tenants stay for years and refer their friends to us. All the utility costs are tenants responsibility.
