SunshineSprings is a home on one acre in Pike National Forest. Outdoor activities include mountain biking, trail running, and hiking. This rental is furnished with new appliances, living room furniture, big screen TV, 3 king beds, one queen bed. Electricity is provided by Core electric cooperative. The new propane furnace uses propane provided by Bailey Propane. School buses pick up children in Buffalo Creek. Owner pays for spring water leased from Forest Service tenants are responsible for replacing the sediment filter. Owner pays for septic pumping. Owner pays for fireplace cleaning, tenant must be present. Owner pays for furnace and hot water tank maintenance, tenants will be notified. Dogs must be in fenced enclosure or leashed to prevent them from chasing and/or injuring mountain bikers, horseback riders, or hikers who frequently use road in front of house. Tenants must secure trash from wildlife, bear proof trash barrel provided. Trash can be taken to the Buffalo Creek community dumpster or to the Pine Junction transfer station.
