Head downstairs where you will find another private roomy bedroom with a queen bed. In the downstairs den there is a queen sleeper sofa, TV and exercise equipment. Lots of seating, an office nook and a kitchenette in the lower living area, and the hot tub in just outside the sliding glass door.
