Your site says that this house was sold in 2000 for $260,000. Not true. the house next door (38 Harrington Ave.) was sold. We have lived at 40 Harrington Avenue for the past 46 years. Also, how can your estimate be $384,000 when house is assessed by City of Revere, for $477,000? Also, we recently incorporated into the deed an additional approx. 3,000 feet of oceanfront beach property including reparian rights to lowtide.
