    If you want to park your boat in the back yard and not spend a fortune, here's your chance!! This 1972 single wide has a metal roof, newer AC, and additions to give it lots of space! There are three nice size bedrooms, the second bathroom needs to be finished, but it looks like everything is there to finish. Oversized corner lot with concrete driveway, two carports, and two storage sheds. There is a boat slip, but it does need some maintenance. I am awaiting a survey, but I believe there is around 25 ft on the canal.
