Lastly, you will be in the Mills school district, (~1 mi away) the highest rated elementary school in the Austin Independent School District. Property will not be available until early September. Looking for a young professional couple, or family to rent. NO single guys/gals. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for gas/electric.
