The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless-steel appliances and all of the necessary kitchen tools to prepare a home-cooked meal. Free parking in two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Ample, free street parking is also available. Large, fenced-in back yard. All pets are welcome, up to 3 pets. No weight or breed restrictions. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet as well as a refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in. The deposit does not change based on number of pets.
