    Belvedere Plantation, probably the most centrally located neighborhood in all of Hampstead, close to everything, about 4 minutes to Topsail schools. 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Wilmington. My block is off the main rd. of Azalea Dr. So, No Thru-traffic, very quiet block, 80% of the houses are all the original owners from when I bought it 18 years ago.
