Private Chef In-home Massage Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities, except the garage, which is locked for the property owner's personal storage. Each bedroom includes a dresser and a spacious closet for guest use. There is parking in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. In the main house there are heat pumps for AC in the master bedroom and in bedroom #2. There are window AC units in bedrooms #3, #4 and #5. There is a ceiling unit AC in the kitchen to keep the main living area cool. The guest house has a heat pump for AC in the living room as well as the bedroom. - Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly rated, professional housekeeping companies. DOG GUIDELINES: - By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. - No dogs left home alone unless crated. - 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee per stay applied to reservation. Refundable deposit of $5,000 Cleaning fee of $500 Non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 A utilities allowance of $500/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant. Move in ready.
