There’s a old garage that has wood burning stove and window ac unit to make whatever you want she shed man cave the garage has a one bedroom apartment above to use for whatever you like bonus area fix for you to go up and have a get away from rest of home I’m selling as is I had water leak in garage everything is fixed but I’m not putting up drywall and finishing it I don’t have funds for it there’s a brand new water heater was installed this past winter new thermostat nothings upgraded all appliances will stay I got stage 4 melanoma and I can’t take care of everything needed here I need to get out to something more affordable there is wood flooring that can be put down upstairs or wherever you need it I’ll leave I’ll post photos soon I have no plans to remain in this home I don’t want phone calls for lower price and I don’t want to rent to buy if I wanted to do that I’d stay I want to move not remain here
