    Old Mandeville fixer-upper 2 blocks from the Lake. Home has good bones but needs cosmetic updates. New electric service to the home in 2022. Newer roof approximately 4 years old. New sewer line 2023. Home was shored and leveled in 2023 with a transferrable warranty. Driveway culvert was replaced and driveway was widened in 2023.
