all the neighbors keep theirs lawns nice and neat. NO HOA, new neighborhood, friendly, personable, but not in your face sort of friendly. people walk and clean up after their dogs, pets, etc. a fair number of high ranking military families, both active and retired. well educated, yet not uppity, love living here and you would too. family friendly, kids, so far no criminal activity. great neighborhood to raise your family
