Bungalow style home located in a quaint and cozy neighborhood in the upper parts of Methodist Encampment in Kerrville. It's the neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other and extremely quiet. It has the potiental to increase the sq ft with the basement and attic if desired. It has alot of storage areas and ample parking for at least 10 cars..The yard is large with plenty of room for a pool. It's in the city limits so it has city water and no HOA! The house is well insulated so the electrical cost is great. It has a Train HVAC roughly 8 yrs old works great! There is a $7350 allow towards a new roof. We have a bid from a very respected local roofer for $9900.
What the owner loves about this home
I love how well built this home is and the charming design it has of a bungalow with high ceilings. The size of the yard, the amount of shade trees, side deck, front porch and patio was a win for me as well. I have 6 grandchildren that love to be outside with me. Three bathrooms and a fireplace was a huge hit as well. Outside of the house I love the neighborhood as well. The evening and morning walks are breathtaking.
