A small amount of additional storage for sport equipment, etc. is available in the garage. There is a sauna in the basement! We have a wonderful large back deck. Parking is available in the cul-de-sac or along the street. Quiet and safe location, situated near the end of a cul-de-sac. Close to the very beautiful Waterton Canyon and Roxborough State Park. This location is close to Lockheed Martin facilities (5 min) and several Littleton areas within 10-15 min (Ken Caryl and Highlands Ranch). No pets. No smoking of any kind. No parties.
