1) The ease of entertaining with the open floor plan, huge covered patio (that is shaded in the afternoon), and all the driveway and street parking along the corner lot. 2) I love the study/home office with all the cabinetry for extra storage of odds and ends that typically have no home (batteries, flash lights, paperwork, craft supplies, etc). 3) The lot location in the back of the neighborhood that is quiet but still only two blocks from the pool and playland. I also love that the whole neighborhood has sidewalks for walking, running, or riding bikes. 4) The proximity to all the cool things in Youngsville like NuNu's, local restaurants, and the Sports Complex. 5) The storage all over the home! Cleaning closet, linen closet, walk-in closets, double closets... 6) I have to also mention the garage... it's huge. So nice for families with small kids so the cars don't get all banged up. Plenty of room to swing doors open without hitting anything. Lots of extra room for tools, the garage freezer, golf cart, and toys or bikes! 7) Neighborhood pool!
