This home is part of Grandview Estates which makes it part of the custom home development area. Thus these houses in this area were built with higher grade materials and are all newer than anything else in this neighborhood. Right now you have our house valued at way too low of a range since we bought our house at a higher price than the house the house on the corner, which you have valued at over a million dollars. And some of the parts that you have in your system about our house are wrong...like the number of bedrooms and the size of the lot. Thanks.
