Rent is $1250; all utilities included (including 3 gig fiber internet). Dogs are welcome as long as they're house-trained. All people types are welcome, too. Lease terms can be flexible - I only selected "1 Month" above for the sake of completing the form. Shared spaces include: - Kitchen - Eating Area - Large Pantry - Dining Room - Living Room - Laundry Room - Front Office - Outdoor Kitchen - Huge Pool with Grottos and Waterfalls - Patio - Separate Entertainment Building The entertainment building has an 11-speaker theater setup in it as well as two full restrooms with showers. We use it as a theater room / event room / pool house / guest house, etc. We typically set up beds in there when friends and/or family come to visit. Lease terms can be flexible. Dogs are welcome, as long as they're house-trained. All people types are welcome, too. There is a cat allergy issue, though. Nobody here smokes but if you do, outside only please - no smoking inside.
