Nearly all of the plumbing and electrical components have been newly replaced as this house has been renovated. The roof and HVAC were also replaced within the last five years, and the kitchen and bathroom were both fully renovated during 2023-2024. All exterior walls (plus the attic) have been insulated, and all windows and exterior doors were replaced during the renovation process, as well. This house has been kept under a current termite contract. This house has a mixture of hard wood floor (where it could be salvaged) and LVP has been installed where the previous occupants had used staples for carpet and glue for linoleum glue down flooring, both of which ruined the original hard wood's appearance. The rooms designated as the kitchen, dining room, and hallway have been opened up and combined to give the house a more spacious floorplan, and to utilize some awkward spaces. This also allowed us to create a designated, in-home location for the washer and dryer. They now have their own nook in what used to be the hallway! The enclosed front porch is located beside the living room, and would make a lovely office, as it also has a small, built in bookshelf. This room could also easily serve as another bedroom. The enclosed back porch is located through the kitchen, and could function as a very spacious pantry, or also as a mud room, to give a few ideas. The back porch was previously where the washer and dryer were located, so plumbing already exists there, and one could easily have a wash tub installed. Additionally, this house features a spacious, shaded back yard. The tree canopy coverage makes the yard feel incredibly private and calm, in spite of the fact that this house is located inside a little neighborhood.
