    What the owner loves about this home
    Nearly all of the plumbing and electrical components have been newly replaced as this house has been renovated. The roof and HVAC were also replaced within the last five years, and the kitchen and bathroom were both fully renovated during 2023-2024. All exterior walls (plus the attic) have been insulated, and all windows and exterior doors were replaced during the renovation process, as well. This house has been kept under a current termite contract. This house has a mixture of hard wood floor (where it could be salvaged) and LVP has been installed where the previous occupants had used staples for carpet and glue for linoleum glue down flooring, both of which ruined the original hard wood's appearance. The rooms designated as the kitchen, dining room, and hallway have been opened up and combined to give the house a more spacious floorplan, and to utilize some awkward spaces. This also allowed us to create a designated, in-home location for the washer and dryer. They now have their own nook in what used to be the hallway! Both the front (side, more accurately), and back porches have been enclosed and finished out, which gives this house two lovely extra rooms!
