Really good location! 10 minute drive away from Walmart, all shopping centers in Duluth and close to I-85. House is located in a huge community and is quiet. There is a community pool, tennis court and playground. House is freshly painted and all appliances are new! In-unit washer/dryer. Removed carpet and replaced with new LVP flooring in the main living room. Will only have maximum 4 other housemates including me (it is a big house) There are other bedrooms that has a shared bathroom if you wish to rent that instead of the master bedroom.
