The neighbourhood is pretty, very calm and quiet but at the same time its just minutes away from a elemntary school, Tom Tumb, Walmart, Aldi, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, many other stores, restaurants, hospitals and interstate 635. Im renting half of my house. Its well isolated, it has 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom. Its all full renovated inside, with a independent central AC and gas heater. The house has a brand new and modern kitchen with a SS dishwasher, SS gas stove. There is a very practical and good size laundry room with a gas dryer and washing machine. The Living room is nice and illuminated. All the home has laminated floor with nice wood design. The bathroom is modern and elegant with porcelain. There is a good size master bedroom with a closet and a smaller bedroom with a closet also. Nice space to park the car and and a very large backyard to share. Lease duration is minimum 6 months but could go beyond December. Tenant is responsible for gas, water, electricity bills, they still with my name and would need to pay me every moth (I will show utility bill for more transparency).
