Welcome to our beautiful and recently updated 2,000 square foot property in a great neighborhood. We lived here for about 3 years and loved it so much, the Lord just moved us elsewhere. This house has a recently updated kitchen with plenty of room in an open concept feel. We recently renovated the shower in the master bathroom as well! The ceilings are really tall, which makes the space feel really open inside. The house has functional attic space, a spacious garage, and plenty of closet room for storage. Bedrooms are all fairly spacious, but the loft bedroom is a really large space that is a great space for guests. The backyard is spacious and is adjacent to a church field that is quiet and allows for maximum privacy with a fully fenced yard. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and safe. The neighborhood is right near Robins Air Force Base (4 minute drive), close to shopping and food, but also tucked away near Bonaire! This would be a great house for a family, and we know this because it was great for ours! Hello, we hope our house will be a great fit for you. It was a great fit for us for years the Lord moved us across the country. We are willing to work with people to best fit what you need, but the general rule is that it is a 12 month lease. A fee will occur for breaking the lease early, but we may negotiate a higher monthly for a shorter rent if needed. Security deposit is $2100. We will cover larger maintenance (repairs, draining water heater, maintenance to HVAC, etc.), but tenant is responsible for basic yard maintenance and paying all utilities.
