Located on a quiet residential street with convenient access to I-25, shopping, restaurants, parks, and everyday amenities. Commuting to Longmont, Boulder, Loveland, or the Denver metro area is easy. We're a married professional couple who live in the main and upper floor of the home. We enjoy a quiet, well-kept home. We both work full-time and value a low-drama living environment where everyone feels comfortable. We share our home with two friendly dogs and two indoor cats. The pets live on the main and upper levels and are not permitted in the lower-level suite, so your living space remains your own. We're looking for a single occupant who communicates well, respects shared spaces, and appreciates a clean, peaceful place to call home.
