7001 West 68th Street is part of the Broadmoor Historic Ranch House District on the National Register of Historic Places. It has a living room, dining room, breakfast room, large family room, three bedrooms and an office (or possibly fourth bedroom). There are two bathrooms. One of them is at the end of a hall serving the office (or bedroom) and two bedrooms. The other bathroom is on the far side of the house with a bedroom next to it and a door that makes that room and bath private, though the closet is too small to call it a master bedroom. Actually, all the closets are small. There's a sunny deck off the breakfast-room slider leading to a large, fenced back yard. We pay for the lawn to be mowed. The location is convenient to shopping, highways, and parks, as you'll see if you look on a map. We'd be glad to take appointments to show the house today (Sunday, March 28), from 1 pm to 5, and Monday afternoon/evening (and possibly other mutually convenient times). We'll open all the doors so you can look inside touch-free while we stay outside on canvas chairs or in our car (white Prius) depending on the weather. I'll schedule appointments at intervals so that no one is in the house at the same time. Yes, we'll consider a dog. Renters are responsible for utilities, landlord pays for the lawn to be mowed, though renters are responsible for keeping the bushes trimmed and other gardening. We take care of tree trimming when needed, but not leaves. We pay for the gutters to be cleaned once a year. No smoking on the property! Parking for two cars only, either in the driveway or in the garage.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
