We have been blessed to call the Summerfield Westgate community our home since it was constructed with a new roof replacement in 2022. The neighbors are very friendly, and keep an eye for each other yet with the privacy it deserves. What makes this area even more enjoyable is the access to major streets (Big Bend Rd) and highway (I-75) and yet living in a private relatively quiet street. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom (that can be reserved for guests) whilst the 5 other bedrooms (including a Master Suite) all upstairs. What caught our attention is the Master Suite with three (3) bay windows which gives a 270 degree view of the street and houses in front of the house. The Master Suite has a built-in bathroom with dual sinks, a closed lavatory and a walk-in closet. There is also a separate laundry room with state-of-the-art platinum LG appliances with AI and WiFi (LG connect) which can sync with other appliances in the house and remotely controlled from anywhere in the world. The kitchen showcases an "Dream Kitchen" with an island and plenty of counter (black ceramic) spaces and silver appliances (includes a built-in LG microwave, a double door Samsung refrigerator and Samsung Dishwasher with WiFi).
