Quiet Enjoyment: Tenant agrees to comply with local noise ordinances and maintain respectful behavior toward neighbors. Early Termination 30 days written notice + one month's rent as an early termination fee. Renter's Insurance Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance for the duration of the lease. Keys & Smart Lock Policy Tenant is responsible for lost keys or damaged smart lock devices. Re-keying or replacement costs may be charged to the tenant.
