What the owner loves about this home
What we've loved most about this home is the lifestyle it has provided for our family. The quiet cul-de-sac has been a wonderful place to raise children. Our kids learned to ride their bikes without worrying about traffic, spent countless afternoons playing basketball in the driveway, and today our grandchildren enjoy driving their little Tesla around the cul-de-sac. It's especially rewarding to see the neighborhood filled with young families again. The backyard has always been our favorite gathering place. We've hosted countless pool parties with family and friends. The pool's large shallow area was perfect for volleyball and conversation, while the walk-out basement gave guests direct access to ping-pong and a full bath without walking through the house in wet swimsuits. One of our favorite memories was transforming the backyard into a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding and reception during COVID. The multi-level patios, spa, and wooded backdrop created a truly special setting. The yard was also large enough for a grass volleyball court and a putting and chipping area for friendly golf competitions. Inside, the home was made for entertaining. The two-story family room became the gathering place for New Year's Eve, Super Bowl, and Eagles parties, while the conservatory's pool table and basement ping-pong table kept everyone entertained. For 26 years we've hosted Thanksgiving for more than 30 family members. After dinner, everyone spread throughout the home, and today our grandchildren love driving their little Tesla around the spacious basement on rainy days. The fifth bedroom and full bath also gave overnight guests, especially my father, a private retreat. We also loved walking the community path to the neighborhood tennis and pickleball courts while being minutes from shopping, parks, restaurants, and major commuter routes in the highly regarded Council Rock School District. We hope another family will enjoy this home as much as we have.
