The front porch has been restored from the floor to the ceiling with custom lighting and house number and absolutely gorgeous stained tongue and groove floor. The rear entrance has been transformed with a new hand built back porch that matches the front porch as per the historical society mandates. It also includes and stunning new back door. The upstairs 2nd Floor balcony has been hand built and refinished. Everyone in the hill district knows parking spots are a premium. This house has one spot, which we have landscaped to include paver stones when one may step out of the car. We created a beautiful side and back yard by installing a sod lawn. We have refurbished the large green house for those with a green thumb. We have re-landscaped the front of the house. There are two water spigots and two electrical outlets outside. Brand new gutters around the whole house. 10 year, no battery change, wire-free inter-connected smoke alarms have been installed throughout. The attic is unfinished has new electrical throughout. The attic will provide lots of storage space, or if refinished by the new owner, would add another 500 sq feet of living space.
