Key code gate entry into a vegetable garden is shared with the owner. Solar lights keep the area bright, even at night. You will pass thru the vegetable garden to access the Studio entrance. Rent includes all utilities, off-street parking for 1 car, stacked full size washer/dryer, mini split with heat and air conditioning. The private outside seating has a very secluded feeling. External shed is for the exclusive use of the Studio renter. Shed is ideal for multiple uses like: yoga, art studio, bike storage, or doggie retreat with dog door access. Maximum occupancy is for one person. Overnight guests are limited to 2 days per week. Out of state visitors allowed for 5 consecutive days. Exceptions may apply for an additional fee.
