Beautiful two-bedroom condo. Main bedroom has a King bed, television & attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom located off living room. This spacious condo can accommodate up to four guests! This unit is on the second floor of the condo complex. Stairs are required to enter the unit, there is no elevator. Fully stocked kitchen allows you to either cook at home or enjoy the amazing local cuisine. Bryant Park and West Bay are located right across the street and guests can easily bike or walk the half-mile into downtown. Please keep in mind there is only parking for one vehicle and the parking lot/ space is on the smaller side. The home is available from September 1st- June 1st. We are looking for a 6-9 month tenant. We do require a cleaning fee of $150 as well as last months rent. You are required to provide us with a minimum of 30 days notice to break the lease. If you break the lease early you are still responsible for last months rent. The parking lot provides one permanent space for you, please stay in your space only. There is no smoking, vaping of any sorts allowed in the complex. Animals are not allowed due to HOA policies.
