Amazing almost 100 year old home. That is full of charm that needs a little love. My family outgrew this very warm cozy home. I tried renovating it why shiplap is exposed in some rooms. I was so excited I painted ceiling in my kids room white with the shiplap. Loved it and went a little crazy with projects. It needs someone who can finish them. Needs a new roof as well as Ac and heat. It was gas wall heater and window units very unefficiant. The view from front porch is awesome. It sits with fort sam army base across street with the horse pen in front my kids loved watching the horses and the army riding them. Has only one Neighbor and an allie next to it. Big back yard and a detached garage that has a room attached. Again needs love to the garage its original to the home and metal roof needs help. Questions please ask.
