Split level home. Bedroom is located upstairs next to the master bedroom. Tenant will have their own bathroom, 80% of the time. Bathroom is the main bathroom for the 2nd level, such guests might use bathroom if they are visiting. Rentable bedroom is about 12x12 with a full closet. New Carpet, so please maintain cleanliness. *Laundry is NOT available on property, sadly this is because the laundry room is cut off by In-laws and we don't wish to force a relationship between Tenant and In-laws as they never seem to be awake lol! Just better to do laundry offsite, for this reason we reduced the rent. If this was ever to be resolved, we welcome Tenant to use the facilities. *Tenant will have access to the main kitchen, their own shelf in the fridge, room in the cupboards, and at least 2 shelves in the pantry. Dishwasher available but its kind of small so we would need to work together to maintain a healthy cohabit. *Renter will sign a small agreement, with house rules, with a minimum 6 months. If Tenant needs to leave prior to six months or perhaps not a good fit with roommates, we just need to have a conversation. *All Utilities are paid for, Internet is available, Verizon Fios. We are looking for someone who has the same mindset (games, movies, fun, work, etc) or someone who keeps to themselves. Join the fun, or enjoy the peace and quiet. Either way! Would prefer 6-12 months but will have open discussion on needs of tenant and us.
