This is a 3 bdrm 1 bath Victorian style house built in 1920 with original wood floors in the living room and dining room and a 1 bdrm 1 bath apartment with a fenced backyard. The two homes share a porch. We've owned the property since 2007 and have never had a vacancy. The proximity to down town, the University of Reno, and the growing economy make this an excellent rental. Current rents: $1400 for the house $650 for the apartment
