What We Love About This Home This home has meant so much to our family, and the hardest part of selling is leaving the wonderful neighborhood we’ve been fortunate to call home. One of our greatest joys has been watching our grandchildren grow up here. They’ve made lifelong friendships, spent countless evenings playing outside, riding bikes through the neighborhood, and fishing at the pond. It’s the kind of community where neighbors wave, children laugh together, and lifelong memories are made. We’ll especially miss our morning and evening walks, the peaceful atmosphere, and the genuine sense of community that’s so rare to find. From the moment we moved in, this neighborhood has felt welcoming, safe, and full of friendly faces. Inside our home, we’ve shared countless celebrations, holidays, and unforgettable moments with family and friends. The upstairs game room has been the center of many LSU game days and family gatherings filled with laughter. The spacious upstairs layout, complete with large bedrooms, a generous bathroom, and a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator, has been perfect for hosting overnight guests and making them feel right at home. We also love everything the surrounding area has to offer. With great local restaurants, new businesses continuing to open, and convenient access to shopping and everyday necessities, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful living while still being just minutes from Lafayette. Easy interstate access has made commuting and traveling simple and convenient. This house has truly been filled with love, laughter, and wonderful memories.
